Because we believe working together with our clients, we can improve quality and make purchasing a positive experience we do make sure that all our hair meets a very high standard, and our hair is inspected shampooed and conditioned before leaving our chosen manufacturers. Now due to the nature of our business and because each piece comes from a separate individual donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture.

Since we at Rock-it Hair & Beauty only supply unprocessed virgin hair it comes in natural shades of 1B (off black) if you choose to color the hair it takes and hold permanent, and semi-permanent, lifts and cellophane beautifully (Recommended to be carried out by a professional stylist) (Warning) Refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color this is a Warning from Rock-it Hair & Beauty
PAYMENT TERMS
All terms of payment are always 100% up front unless stated differently by Rock-it Hair & Beauty. We accept all major credit cards payments and once you’ve placed your order online your credit card will be debited have. We at Rock-it Hair & Beauty have a zero-tolerance for credit card fraud or theft of our merchandise and any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by Rock-it Hair & Beauty. And for your protection has well as our own we will only deliver our merchandise to the address registered on your credit card/debit card. But if your billing address is different than your shipping address you may be required for photo identification and further documentation before your shipment is processed and released and we may choose to contact you via WhatsApp this may cause a delay to your shipping order. ORDERING PROCESS
Our business hours are Monday through till Sunday 7 days a week from 4am until 7pm orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out first on the Monday morning unless its is a holiday. Once your order has been shipped out your order should arrive within the slotted time frame that has been selected at the checkout. But please remember that there could be miner delays due to COVID19 restrictions So please take that into consideration.
PRODUCT AVAILABILTY
If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as sold out and you will not be able to purchase that product. However you can either send us an E-mail or a WhatsApp message stating which product that you wish to purchase or are interesting in, leaving your contact information and once the product becomes available you will be sent a notification, we do not hold products for clients and the notification is only courtesy to let you know your product enquiry is now back in stock.
QUALITY CONTROL
At Rock-it Hair & Beauty we maintain a very high level of quality assurance every bundle of hair goes through a vigorous hygienic process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All our hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure that you completely satisfied with our product. Due to the nature of our products all sales are final.
RETURN POLICY & REPLACEMENTS
We take great pride in our products and its 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual, we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective, you must contact us within 15 business days of receipt of merchandise. We will address the issue at once, a customer service representative will provide the client/customer with mailing instructions for all the product in question. Customers will be responsible for paying the costs associated with returning the item the item to Rock-it Hair & Beauty ltd. If Rock-it Hair & Beauty verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Rock-it Hair & Beauty will then exchange or replace the item
If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item Rock-it Hair & Beauty will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer. If Rock-it Hair & Beauty does not validate the product defect issue we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense without an exchange of product. However, we will not accept any product that has been altered in any way.
EXCHANGES
Rock-It Hair & Beauty at its sole discretion may exchange products under the following conditions.
Requests must be made within 15 business days of receipt of product (s). Any exchange request after 15 days will not be honored.
We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way
According to the law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns, and the law please return the item in its original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
The product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted,
In order to process an exchanged the unwanted product would need to be sent back at your own expense we suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking system information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly if the product has been returned unused, and in its original condition, we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.
SHIPPING DELAYS
All Express Shipment Requires a Signature
For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order if you have a deadline hair appointment or another engagement its always best to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive on behalf of DHL/FedEx. We are not responsible for late shipments due to incident weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust DHL/FedEx to deliver your package on time if your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information. FAILED DELIVERIES/REFUSED SHIPMENTS/ INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order and to make sure you have included all the relevant information (address, apt#, zip code/postcode etc) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via DHL/FedEx to the address that you have provided it is extremely important that you give us accurate and complete information. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment you will be charged an extra fee DHL/FedEx charges us to make the correction.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for the additional charges.

LOST SHIPMENT
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in the delivery information, or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We will contact DHL/FedEx right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 1-7 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending investigation of the situation.

We are pleased to accommodate exchanges within 15 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. If the hair quality & hair colour & hair length is not right, please email us at info@readytorock.co.uk to initiate your exchange and we be more than happy to assist you.
FAQ IN REGARD TO OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, we are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within (15) days, as long as it is not been used, worn, or tampered with.
2 WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD
We will provide an exchange on unused hair extensions within (15) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
3 DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE
YES, you are responsible for most exchange shipping cost except quality problems and wrong delivery. We recommend that you send your item back with a tracking option, Rock-It Hair & Beauty will not be responsible for lost packages. NOTE please indicate EXCHANGE NO DUTIES on the package, otherwise, the package may be returned to you.
4 HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY HAIR FOR ANOTHER COLOUR OR STYLE
Email us at info@readytoreadytorockit.co.uk and let us know your order number, as well which shade you would like to exchange for. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your item back to for exchange. All items will be inspected to see if you can get an exchange. NOTE we highly recommend shipping your item via a trackable shipping option, as that it can greatly expedite the process.
5 MAY I EXCHANGE THE HAIR WITHOUT CONTACTING US OR GETTING AN RMA?
No, you must contact us prior to sending us your exchange as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
6 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE
We will send you the different colours/styles of hair after we have received your returns and inspected it and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the item being sent back for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-4 days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system USA orders takes 3-5 business days to be delivered with standard free shipping and European orders may take anywhere from 3-7 business days.
7 WHY ARE ROCKIT HAIR NON-EXCHANGEABLE IF OPENED
Human hair extension is considered a hygienic product we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow used items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns or exchanges of used items for the same reason.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS
1 item returned within 15 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn’t match the description, please feel free to contact us our customer service will reply to you ASAP.
2 items must be returned in their original packaging condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached and in their original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut.
3 Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. And once the returned items is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. The buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee if there is no quality problem with our products. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for a refund directly.
